I’m Nikka from the Philippines. I began as a Customer Representative and eventually joined Advisors Insurance Agency, no insurance background, just a heart ready to learn.
The team welcomed me, supported me, and helped me grow with confidence, even while working remotely. I’ve learned that whether in customer service or insurance, what truly matters is making clients feel heard, valued, and cared for just like family.
During my free time, I enjoy exploring different types of food and visiting various restaurants; it’s my way of discovering new cultures and finding joy in simple moments. I also love reading books, especially when I want to slow down, reflect, and learn something new.
On quieter days, I find myself drawn to the idea of photography. Capturing moments, emotions, and stories through a lens is something I hope to learn and pursue when given the chance. These hobbies keep me curious, creative, and constantly inspired both in life and in my work.
I filed a claim very shortly after getting my homeowner's insurance, and you responded quickly. You are very easy to access and deal with. This was after I had a nightmare dealing with the company we had our home warranty with. You have been great to work with and have provided me with any information that I have requested, and have been very prompt in getting back to me.
