I was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, and graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate. With over ten years of experience in customer-facing roles, I’ve developed a true passion for connecting with people and delivering exceptional service. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can listen to client needs, solve problems efficiently, and create meaningful, lasting relationships.
I take pride in being approachable, solution focused, and committed to making every interaction a positive one. Whether it’s helping a client navigate a challenge or simply making their day a little easier, I’m driven by the opportunity to make an impact and build genuine connections along the way.
Outside of work, I’m all about enjoying life and staying balanced. I love working out, exploring new places, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with friends, especially at live concerts. These experiences keep me energized, inspired, and always ready to bring fresh perspective and enthusiasm to everything I do.
