Have you met Kristin?

We would like to take a moment for you to get to know Kristin! Kristin has been a Personal Lines Account Executive on our team for 2 years!

Kristin is one of our remote team members working from Virginia. She has lived in and around Richmond, VA her entire life. She and her husband Ryan tied the knot on September 21st, 2024, and have been loving  married life!

They have two dogs, Murphy (white dog) and Basil (brown/black dog). They are both 4 and sweet and wild at the same time! Murphy was rescued at 5 weeks old when found in an alley in Kentucky. While he started at only 5lbs, he is now a healthy 65lb dog! Basil was adopted when she was 2 from a local shelter. It was love at first sight for Kristin who now has a permanent shadow.

How She Got Here

Prior to entering the Insurance world, Kristin was a preschool teacher for 2- and 3-year-olds for 7 years. When she started looking for a career change, her then fiancé’s cousin offered her an interview with a branch office at Virginia Farm Bureau. She got the job and spent two years learning everything about the insurance industry. She then made a connection with Miles and Advisors Insurance Agency and the rest is history! 

Kristin has loved making a career out of insurance. She said “Working with Advisors has been such an absolute blessing, and I have loved every moment of it. Working for a company that cares about you and your growth is so valuable. I also love being able to work from home!”

Kristin and her family are avid Virginia Tech Hokies fans! And she is a huge Swiftie!
