Period.”

Fun Fact

HHH 1908 was renovated by a team led by women. It was founded by women and is staffed by women! Using the original blueprints to the home, the intense renovation took a year and replaced outdated carpet, ancient electricity and plumbing, even crumbling walls. It was a labor of love that transformed the home into a modern space that married the past with the future, full of history and Southern charm.

Why Greenville

When asked this question, Beth said “What’s not to love about Greenville? It is an incredible place to live with everything at your doorstep. Access to nature, great dining, lively nightlife, and all with the perfect touch of southern charm. Both KC (co-owner) and I are transplants to Greenville and have not looked back! We are firmly rooted and here to stay. We have been blessed to have been embraced by the Pickens community where we opened HHH 1908. Pickens is a fantastic town with great proximity to Greenville and a gateway to all the amazing outdoor adventures in the mountain foothills.”
