It's common that your insurance carrier will cross their T's and dot their eyes. So during this time, if you receive any concerning carrier communication, please make us aware.

Over the next ten months, depending on the complexity of your account, you will hear from your agent of record anywhere from quarterly to annually for review calls.

Here's your homework:

• Provide any documentation to make sure your discounts stay in place.
• Confirm successful billing setup.
• Confirm lienholder and mortgagee information.
• Make sure you've received all policy documents via email or mail.
