Greenville Small Business Highlight: Imagine Kitchen
I first met Jef Heuerman and his wife in February of this year when they reached out to me for help developing a business plan for their new startup business

We worked together and I recommended insurance coverage he would need as Imagine Kitchen got closer to opening. We have built a great relationship this past year and I am excited to share that Imagine Kitchen is now open for business as of December 1st!
Imagine Kitchen opens in Greenville
Imagine Kitchen offers a pretty unique service in the Greenville food scene: it’s a shared-use kitchen that is available 24/7 with secured access in a safe location and essentially provides anything a food producer or catering company needs. There’s plenty of kitchen space and top-of-the-line equipment for food producers, in addition to a meeting space for client consultations and photo studio for food photography.
Their goal? “We’re about providing a professional space so food businesses can focus on starting or growing their business,” Jef shared. With Imagine Kitchen, food businesses won’t need to worry about investing in equipment, leasing a space or paying for maintenance and overhead. “They can rent out Imagine Kitchen for the exact amount of time they need and can focus on producing and selling their product.”
Improving the bottom line
One of the awesome aspects of Imagine Kitchen is their convenient online reservation system. Chefs, bakers and entrepreneurs can easily reserve their space in the kitchen through Imagine Kitchen’s scheduling website.
The purpose of convenience all relies around efficiency for business owners, as Jef puts it “Our clients can do more in less time so they can improve their bottom line and grow their business.”
Joining the Greenville community
Since moving to Greenville from Ohio last year, Jef and his wife couldn’t be happier. “Greenville has received such great national recognition as a vacation spot and a part of that is a result of the city becoming known for its foodie culture,” Jef shares. “We are excited to support the growth of that food culture with our business and love living in this area because of the beauty of both the place and the people.”
Since moving to Greenville, they are working to adjust to the big move and have focused on engaging with their church. “We went to
Newspring Greenville campus for a year and love the community we served with there, and now we’ve become involved with a new church startup called
The Meeting Place .

Not only am I excited to help a new small business thrive in Greenville, but I’m proud to work with a business whose goal is to help other small businesses.
