Receptionist / New Client Coordinator
· The Receptionist answers and accurately directs phone calls professionally, greets clients and visitors positively, maintains the service and fax email inboxes, processes all incoming and outgoing mail, orders office supplies, and assists with agency projects as needed. The Receptionist delegates licensed tasks to the appropriate agents and account managers while completing unlicensed tasks in a timely manner. The Receptionist assists in maintaining accurate filing and data entry in the agency management system .
· The New Client Coordinator ensures that all new accounts are accurately entered into agency managment system including all policies, applications, documents, email communications, and contact information. Notes and/or tasks any pending actions and assigns to an account manager. Creates an important note for each client as needed that is an executive summary of any important matters or needs of clients.
Multiple Lines Provider (Commercial Lines & Personal Lines)
This role is the front-line team that works with our new and existing client’s day in and day out. The primary objectives are to engage with our clients in order to make sure they have the appropriate coverage, assist with service requests, the third objective is to make sure that each client is provided with an excellent experience.
Insurance Sales Advisor (Commercial & Personal Lines Positions)
The role of these positions is to provide an excellent experience to our new prospects who have contacted our office for quotes. These are mostly inside sales positions and comprise of building rapport with prospects, Identify their insurance needs, put together a proposal, Propose insurance solutions, & complete the on-boarding of new clients.
