Annual Review

Our clients typically come to us with an experience with insurance that's more reactive than proactive. At Advisors Insurance Agency, our  goal is to work with either our personal lines clients, or our commercial clients to help them think proactively about their insurance.


At least once a year, we make it a goal to touch base with each of our clients on a brief phone call to talk about their current insurance program to:

  • Talk about what's going on in their life

  • To assess any updates or changes we might need to make to the policy

  • Come up with a plan to solve those changes or to create some revisions to their changes that we might be able to implement over the next year.

A standard policy review for an insurance agent might just be... "Here are your coverages. This is the cost. It needs to be paid by this date."
,our conversation starts a lot higher up than that. Tell us about you. What's going on in your world? Let's look at what's going on in the insurance world nationally. And then specifically, let's talk about your coverage in light of those things. Do we need to make any revisions or changes?
We want you to know that you're in good hands - You are taken care of. We're not just looking at coverages, we want you to know that there's a whole team here ready to take care of you.
Then lastly, we want to leave you with a summary of what we talked about - We will provide you with a summary of the highlights and high points of our conversation. That way, if you ever have anything you need to come back to,  we can pull up our notes and read through what we discussed the previous year.

We find that a lot of people aren't used to working with an insurance agent who cares first about what's going on in their world. That's the primary thing that we want to talk to you about on these calls --

  • Tell us about your world

  • Tell us about what's changed

  • Tell us about your specific needs.

Everyone has a different story -- and we want to know that story. That's one of the reasons we want to establish this kind of relationship with our clients. Knowing these things allows us to build an insurance plan that will be able to provide care specific to your insurance needs. This is not just a general or generic approach to insurance!
